 You might be wondering…

  • Every month, you can request up to three tasks.

    These might include things like:

    • Updating program descriptions

    • Adding a video or switching out images

    • Improving SEO in a specific area

    • Creating a new flow for website visitors

    • Setting up a new class signup in Acuity

    • Improving your website’s accessibility

    • Updating forms

    • The sky’s the limit! (well, 45 minutes is the ACTUAL limit)

    If you have a large task, such as setting up a new page, you’re invited to request that we roll two months of care into one. We just need to know in advance!

    And, if you have a big request that’s beyond the scope of website care, we’ll let you know what the additional cost is and book time to take care of it for you.

  • You may want to add a scheduling integration, email campaigns, or a brand new page to your website. We’ve got you!

    Depending on our schedule, we may be able to book some additional time and complete your task. We’ll let you know about the cost (beyond what your subscription covers) up front. We’re here to make this as easy for you as possible.

  • We aren’t able to cancel packages early, since we’ve already blocked off your time in our schedule. But we also understand that there are unexpected life circumstances that happen. If that’s your situation, reach out and we’ll discuss possible options.

  • We work solely with Squarespace; we love the simplicity and so many other things about it.
